These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for any landscaping work. Work we carry out is governed by a separate written proposal and contract, signed before anything begins, and where those two documents disagree the signed contract is the one that counts.
2. Using this site
You may read this site, and share links to it, for your own purposes. You may not copy its photographs or text for commercial use, scrape it, or present any part of it as your own work.
3. The photographs
Every photograph on this site is of work carried out by Leaf & Blade, and it is ours or licensed to us. Projects are shown with the property owner's agreement. Please do not reuse the images.
4. What the site is, and is not
This site is a portfolio and an introduction. Nothing on it is a quotation, an offer, or a guarantee of price, timescale or availability. Every project is different, and what a job costs depends on the site, the materials and the season.
Where a page describes past work, it describes that job. It is not a promise that yours will be the same.
5. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a place in our schedule. We will reply, and if the work suits us both the next step is a site visit and a written proposal.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to another company's site, we are not responsible for what is on it.
7. Accuracy
We keep this site current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
